Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) supports pre-op, PACU, and stepdown patient care at Baystate New England Orthopedic Surgery Center. The position involves assessing patients, delivering individualized nursing care, monitoring recovery, and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient procedures and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Current RN license (unencumbered)
- Current BLS (ACLS required within 6 months)
- Experience in pre-op/PACU environment, 1 year minimum
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
