Group Product Manager

Compass is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the product team responsible for the strategy and execution of our real estate leads platform. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in product management, a strong track record of owning and scaling complex platform products, and a strong technical foundation. The role will involve defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the lead platform, leading the development and optimization of matching, routing, and distribution systems, and collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure product investments align with partner success and company priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management
• 3+ years of experience on a product team for a real estate portal or large brokerage with strong online presence
• BS in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Strong technical foundation
• Proven ability to use data, experimentation, and user research to inform strategy
• Ability to effectively gather and prioritize user requirements from disparate sources
• Strong consensus and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
