We are seeking a Program Manager to serve as a critical partner to the Product SPOA for M&A Integration. The ideal candidate thrives on creating and executing a well-defined playbook, but knows that flexibility and creative problem-solving are essential.

Requirements

• Exceptional understanding and deep subject matter expertise of the existing Compass Platform
• Proven experience in a program management, product management, or similar role, preferably with experience in M&A integration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align teams across the organization
