Role Overview

The Regional Clinical Director will oversee clinical and mental health service initiatives, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal policies. They will work with diverse populations, including unaccompanied children with significant mental health issues. The role requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and work irregular hours.

What You Will Do

The Regional Clinical Director will be responsible for implementing and managing clinical and mental health service initiatives, ensuring relevant program training is updated, and maintaining compliance dashboards. They will also participate in scheduled meetings, in-service training, and team decisions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a behavioral science field
• 5 years of direct service delivery experience
• Doctoral degree in a relevant field
• LCSW-S or LCSW licensure
• First aid, CPR, and Emergency behavior intervention certifications
• Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
• Ability to respond sensitively and competently to diverse populations
• Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members and service providers
• Ability to provide crisis intervention and maintain emotional control
• Computer literacy and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Working knowledge of Compass Connections policies and procedures
• Licensure to practice mental health treatment and assessment
• Clinical and mental health assessment and treatment skills with diverse populations
