Job Description
As the Kids Director, you will lead a team of leaders and team members in facilitating the Kids Sunday service(s) for children aged birth to fifth grade. You will oversee the flow of the weekend service, develop and mentor staff, and contribute to creating and executing events within the church. The position also requires attending coaching sessions with Regional Directors and meeting with leadership and staff.
