Senior Solution Designer (User Experience & Design)

We are seeking a Solution Designer who acts as the 'human-centered structurer of complexity.' This role involves leading cross-functional discovery workshops, conducting user research, and designing operational workflows and intuitive UX/UI interfaces within Figma Make.

Requirements

• Advanced experience in UX/UI design for heavy-duty operational or enterprise workflows
• Mastery of process mapping and journey mapping techniques
• Proficiency with design tools, specifically Figma Make and Miro
• A strong'systems awareness' of CRM, CPQ, and ERP environments
