Solution Architect - Gen AI & Transformation

CompassX is a boutique business and technology consulting firm seeking a Solution Architect with deep GenAI fluency to identify and build value in complex enterprises using AI-driven applications. The role involves working with client teams to surface opportunities, shape solutions, and lead technical implementation.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or a closely related discipline
• Deep knowledge of the Generative AI landscape, including LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI-assisted development
• Hands-on experience with AI-native build platforms, including Emergent or Figma Make
• Experience in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment
