Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years financial services and technology support experience in a financial institution
- Advanced listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) programs
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
