Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, marketing or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced level experience in lending, compliance and underwriting in a financial institution
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations and compliance requirements specific to the financial industry and Farm Credit
- Knowledge of farming operations and agriculture, along with basic accounting principles and procedures
