Senior/Staff Backend Engineer

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software development
• Strong experience with Python backend development (primarily Django)
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and integrations with ATS and HRIS systems
• Good understanding of frontend development and API design
• Experience with modern web technologies and frameworks
