Complex is seeking a Freelance Complex News Content Creator to serve as an on-camera host, create high-quality video content, and cover major stories in music, pop/internet culture, and entertainment.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a media or entertainment environment
• Deep understanding of Complex's world — internet culture, music, sneakers, pop culture, and entertainment
• Natural on-camera presence
• Strong editorial instincts
• Comfortable with teleprompter and fully capable of going off-script with confidence
• Able to deliver under pressure with tight turnarounds and live or same-day production schedules
• Self-starter who can carry a segment with minimal direction
• Must be able to script, shoot, edit, and post your own videos
• CapCut experience preferred
