Job Description
Complexio is building a value engineering function from the ground up to communicate and prove value across its customer base. The Value Engineer will lead structured value discovery engagements, build business cases, and track value realisation. They will work closely with customer-facing teams, Product, and Engineering to ensure that value realisation data feeds back into how Complexio builds and prioritises its platform.
Requirements
- 6+ years in a value engineering, value advisory, business value consulting, or management consulting role
- Experience building and presenting rigorous business cases and ROI models to C-suite and finance stakeholders
- Strong financial modelling capability
- Deep understanding of how large enterprises make investment decisions
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Experience conducting operational process analysis
