Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the brand flagship luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end hotels and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
- Experience in the different areas of the world, such as GCC, Europe/US and Asia
- Solid experience in top luxury hotels & resorts groups
- Experience in city hotels in tier cities / capitals
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury hotel management, with at least a first role as General Manager
- Proven track record of success in managing high-end properties and achieving financial targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to make strategic decisions
- Exceptional guest service skills and a passion for delivering a luxury experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
