We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to join our innovative Tech Team.
Requirements
- Take ownership for your team, being responsible for current team members growth and development, plus hiring and onboarding new team members
- Foster a positive and thriving work environment that promotes innovation
- Mentor and coach your team, maintaining a learning mindset and openness to new ideas and technologies
- Set the direction for your team and take accountability for tech decisions
- Work alongside with your product counterpart, being accountable for delivery against the roadmap
- Collaborate, both within your team and across the tribe to ensure your team’s implementation meets industry standards
- Report to the Director of Engineering, and will work with the other Engineering Managers in the tribe
