Junior Product Designer

We are looking for a proactive and curious Junior Product Designer to join our Platform Tribe, working on various complex features, and collaborating with the Product Design team and Product Managers.

Requirements

• Develop user solutions by creating low-fidelity wireframes, functional workflows, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.
• Work closely with the Product Design team and Product Managers across multiple feature teams.
• Collaborate with FE engineers to handover design, understand technical constraints and create viable solutions.
• Help the team transition from a fast-paced "reactive" delivery style to a more planned, research-driven design process.
• Develop a deep understanding of the target audience and ensure that designs meet their needs.
