The Production Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of the assigned departments and will lead their production team to meet customer goals. They will ensure that scheduled work is executed safely and in a systematic manner to meet quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment or aviation maintenance
- Experience in understanding and following verbal and written instructions accurately
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and/or experience in aviation maintenance
- High School graduate, with advanced educational accreditation preferred
- Read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Basic knowledge of computers and standard software programs
- Experience in interpreting and applying basic shop math and the use of measuring devices
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Overall knowledge of manufacturing processes and production equipment
