Quality Engineer (On-Site Only; 1st shift, Mon-Fri)

The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that procedures and processes meet quality standards of the company, customer, and regulatory entities. The role involves continuous improvement of process, evaluation and approval of work instructions and technical drawings, and technical support for specific products and/or processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field with an emphasis in quality
• Minimum of five years' experience in the field of quality or engineering in the aerospace industry
• Minimum of three years' shop environment exposure with general knowledge of processes used in manufacturing
• ASQ certification (CQA and/or CQE) preferred
• Demonstrated level of competence in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Experience in the aerospace industry helpful, familiarity with aircraft engine components a plus
• High level of interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of company personnel
• Read, speak, and write in English
