The M365 Administrator I works with the Infrastructure and Cyber Security teams to administer and continuously improve the company's Microsoft 365 environment. The role is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and administering a global deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions used by over 1,200 end users for messaging, collaboration, and personal productivity.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in Information Technology or a related end user support role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Hands-on experience supporting or administering Microsoft 365 services such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, or Intune
- Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), user accounts, and group management
- Familiarity with Windows endpoints and modern workplace concepts
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Fast learner; ability to quickly pick up new technologies and techniques
- Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus
- Familiarity with Azure tenants and Azure platform administration is a plus
