Job Description
CCAP is seeking a Case Manager / Coach to provide personalized assessments and long-term support to Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) clients. The role involves conducting client assessments, providing financial education, helping clients develop work plans, and coordinating with community resources. The position offers flexible hours and a supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Social Work, Human Service, Family Development or a related field, preferred.
- Previous experience in social services, energy conservation, financial education, or workforce development is highly preferred.
- Experience working with individuals and families.
- Public speaking and presentations skills.
- Knowledge of Case Management Principles.
- Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft platforms.
- Active driver's license and active vehicle insurance
- Knowledge of Community Resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Active communication skills
