Job Description
Conducts home energy audits and develops action plans with clients to reduce energy costs.
Requirements
- Knowledge of heating systems, insulation procedures, and energy efficiency measures
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Valid Driver’s License and proof of Liability insurance
- Must pass drug screen
- Obtaining/maintain required certifications/licensures for this position
- Provide/maintain all required immunizations and/or vaccinations
- Complete all required background checks
- Heating technician License
- Building Performance Institute (BPI) Energy Auditor
- Quality Control Inspector Certifications
- OSHA trainings
- EPA Lead Renovation Repair and Painting (RRP) Certification
