Job Description
The Lead Medical Assistant role focuses on supporting the Office Manager with back-office operations, including patient flow management, staff training, medication handling, and ensuring a high-quality patient experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effective planning, leading, controlling, and organizing to ensure efficient operation of the practice.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED
- Medical Assistant Certificate
- CPR Certified
- Bilingual in English and Spanish/Armenian/ Russian (Preferred)
- Experience with training programs
