Job Description
The Staff Physician provides primary and preventive medical care to patients, diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries. They are responsible for providing high quality medical care, stabilizing and referring patients when needed, completing patient charts, assisting with administrative tasks, and collaborating with other healthcare providers. This role requires excellent communication, critical thinking, and a commitment to patient well-being.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited medical school with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).
- Completion of an accredited residency.
- Board certification or board eligible in specialty.
- Unrestricted license to practice within California.
- Valid DEA.
- PALS or NRP, ACLS may be required.
