Crisis Outreach Professional- on call

Comprehensive Healthcare is seeking a Crisis Outreach Professional to join our B-F Acute Care team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, and at least two years of experience providing behavioral health treatment. The role requires working collaboratively and independently to provide crisis assessments, determine treatment needs, and coordinate care with emergency responders and community partners.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
• NPI Registration
• Two years previous experience providing behavioral health treatment
• Eligible for designation as Mental Health Professional
• Eligible for registration as Agency Affiliated Counselor
• Valid driver's license and vehicle liability insurance
