Requirements
- Maintain HR information system
- Ensure accuracy in employee records, benefits enrollment, and time and attendance data
- Support day-to-day functions of the HR department, including recruiting coordination, new hire onboarding, document preparation, and records management
- Respond to routine employee inquiries
- Escalate complex issues to the HR Generalist or HR leadership as appropriate
- Maintain personnel files
- Conduct reference checks
- Perform various clerical functions
