Maintenance Worker provides a clean and safe environment for clients and staff. Performs repair or general maintenance of facilities, buildings, grounds and equipment. Keeps log of completed repairs and maintenance requests. Purchase supplies as requested.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of current experience in mechanical maintenance, custodial work, grounds care and building maintenance or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Have proven knowledge in the fields of electrical and HVAC
- First Aid/CPR Certifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle liability insurance
