Requirements
- Master’s degree in social services or behavioral sciences, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in a like position (exceptions can be made for a Bachelor's degree)
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health practices, crisis intervention, and recovery principles.
- Ability to supervise staff and manage program operations effectively.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle liability insurance, and a minimum of two years of safe driving experience
