The Account Representative is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with assigned clients, ensuring the company's goals are met and clients' needs are addressed. This role utilizes communication and analytical skills to understand customer needs, align services accordingly, and ensure flawless service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of experience creating and maintaining successful customer relationships
• Healthcare background a plus
• Sales experience a plus
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy required in Microsoft Office Suite
• Stable work history required
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task and work autonomously
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
