Bilingual Guidance Consultant (Clinical EAP Intake and Triage)

Guidance Consultants provide direct support to clients remotely on behavioral, emotional health, family, and wellness related issues. They conduct clinical intakes, refer clients to resources, and maintain documentation of cases within our proprietary database.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• Exceptional communication skills, with strong focus on customer service
• Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional, with demonstrated multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
• Clinical assessment experience in the following areas: mental health, chemical dependency, and crisis stabilization
• Bilingual Spanish required
