Job Description
ComPsych is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer with extensive experience in Windows products and Azure to join their IT team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing, supporting, and enhancing their IT infrastructure, with a heavy emphasis on troubleshooting Windows systems, Active Directory, M365 products, and Azure.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills of Windows and related back-offices technologies
- Strong expertise in Windows Server (2016, 2019, or later), Active Directory, and M365 products
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including but not limited to Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, and Azure Storage
- Proficient in VMware environments
- Proficient in networking and troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Experience in automating tasks using PowerShell or other scripting languages
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
