Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, HealthTech or Enterprise Software
- Excellent academic background, preferably from a leading university, ideally in business, marketing or business informatics
- In-depth practice in PR & Communication, event and fair management (especially lead fairs in the healthcare market) as well as localization of global brand and campaign concepts
- Outstretched stakeholder management skills: sovereign handling of global CMO (Solid Line), Country CEO Germany (Dotted Line) and marketing as well as sales stakeholders in several commercial areas
- Experience in coordinating complex marketing structures (e.g. several commercial areas / PCUs) and in collaboration with diverse internal and external partners
- Safe handling of marketing automation tools and high affinity to AI-based marketing solutions as well as data-driven work
- Very good German and English language skills in word and writing, convincing appearance, structured way of working and pleasure in actively shaping change
