Job Description
We are looking for an IT System Professional to install and configure new IT hardware and software at our customers in Hamburg. You will build a standardized IT system infrastructure, repair existing components, and answer customer questions over the phone. You will also take care of technical issues remotely and document your activities.
Requirements
- Completed IT training, e.g., as a specialist for system integration, service technician, IT system administrator, or network administrator
- Comparable qualification
- Experience in the field service and installation of medical information systems
