We are looking for a dynamic and innovative employee to join our team in L1 Support. As a leading company in the field of software solutions for the healthcare sector, we are active in 19 countries and employ nearly 9,000 dedicated employees. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, record, classify, and process telephone inquiries, and solve them via remote maintenance.
Requirements
- Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship in the medical field
- Alternatively, you have a technical or commercial background and have experience in customer care
- You describe yourself as IT-affine and have a desire to learn new things
- You stand out through service orientation and communication skills and have a sense of touch when dealing with customers
