Job Description
Join CompuGroup Medical to create the future of e-health as a Software Support Specialist. Respond to customer requests, troubleshoot issues, and document customer interactions. Must have 1 year of customer service experience, knowledge of Practice Management and medical terminology, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Available to work between 8AM-8PM EST Monday through Friday
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Knowledge of Practice Management, medical terminology, medical billing or insurance, and technical support
- Ability to troubleshoot and use Windows tools, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a high call volume environment
