Client Services Specialist

The Client Services Specialist at MEDITECH provides support to healthcare professionals managing EHR systems, resolving software issues, and assisting with scheduling, registration, billing, and software enhancement requests. Requirements

• Experience in Nursing, Pharmacy, Radiology, Physician Practice, Hospital, Emergency Department, Operating Room, Laboratory, Ambulatory or Behavioral Health is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred and/or applicable training, education, or customer service experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Hiring proof of vaccination for customer site travel (unless exempt).
