Client Trainer (Implementation)

The Client Trainer role involves facilitating clinical and/or financial professionals in the successful utilization of MEDITECH's fully-integrated EHR system. This involves project management, client communication, technical troubleshooting, documentation, and maintaining application documentation. The position requires working both in-office and remotely across multiple MEDITECH applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred
• Experience in related field (Clinical, Financial, or Administrative) is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Project management skills
• Ability to travel up to 50-75%
