Job Description
Join CompuGroup Medical to create the future of e-health as a Software Support Specialist. Respond to customer requests, troubleshoot software issues, and learn core tasks for assigned CGM software products.
Requirements
- Available to work between 8AM – 8PM EST Monday through Friday
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Knowledge of Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR) systems, medical terminology/medical office workflow, medical billing or insurance
- Ability to troubleshoot and use Windows operating systems to diagnose problems
