Job Description
Compunetics is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to oversee selected manufacturing processes and related process controls, while also participating in engineering and quality activities. This role involves assessing equipment, supervising personnel, and recommending new equipment as needed. The position requires problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- BS in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- 3-5 years’ experience in a PCB manufacturing environment
- Experience with process control and process improvement
- Strong interpersonal and computer skills
- Familiarity with SPC techniques and software
- Problem solving and fail analysis skills
