Job Description
The Associate Technical Analyst provides technical support to clients as a part of a team that delivers world-class IT services. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, managing incident/request queues, and providing expert knowledge of Service Now tool and IT Services.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in Desktop or Help Desk Support
- 1-3 years of experience in Desktop or Help Desk Support (ATA)
- 3 Year Diploma after 12th or Any Graduate or 15 Years of Education
