Job Description
This is an Associate Technical Analyst role in Computacenter's dynamic and rapidly expanding team, providing first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent customer experience.
Requirements
- Below 3 years of experience
- Fluent in English and in any other relevant support language
- Proven experience with Customer service and confidence in communication with internal and external customers
- Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic team environments
- Working knowledge of Windows, Office O365
- Good interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills
