Job Description
This is an internal position for a Functional Consultant/Business Analyst to join the Group Information Services team at Computacenter. The role involves working with users and stakeholders to analyse enhancement requests and deliver new functionality in ServiceNow.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Functional Consultant/Business Analyst role
- Experience in IT Service Management and working with systems such as ServiceNow
- Strong administration experience of a ServiceNow instance
- Knowledge of ITIL and Agile/Scrum methodology
- Ability to write high-quality requirements documents and test plans
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
