Job Description
We are looking for an English speaking HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Helpdesk team member, you will provide support to employees with HR related questions and resolve issues. You will also advise employees on HR processes and policies, and maintain employee satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Experience in Service Desk environment
- HR helpdesk experience is an advantage
- Fluency in English both orally and in writing
- Knowledge of German or French language is an advantage
- Strong computer literacy, including MS package
- Knowledge of SAP (HR) tools is an advantage
