As a French Speaking HR Specialist – People Operations, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support to employees and managers, providing professional HR advice, managing HR operational activities, and acting as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day HR matters related to France.
Requirements
- Professional working proficiency in French and English (minimum B2 level)
- Completed a bachelor’s degree in a commercial, HR, or related field
- Several years of experience in an HR environment supporting France
- General knowledge of French HR practices and labour law
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organisational skills and flexibility to adapt to change
- Proactive, analytical, and solution-focused approach
- Experience acting as a senior or trusted member of an HR team
- Solid MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Working knowledge of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow
