Develop creative, efficient, and low-risk solutions for managed services tenders, inspire customers and colleagues, and work independently to create coherent solution designs.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the workplace and remote service environment, preferably in managed services solution design
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Exchange, Active Directory/Azure AD, and client management
- Experience in designing client virtualization or service desk solutions
- Experience with calculation and modelling of managed services/operations
- Confidence in using ITIL and project management standards (e.g., PMI, Prince2)
- Strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and a team player
- Fluent German and very good English skills
