Job Description
IT Technician responsible for 2nd level support, software installations, hardware and software problem-solving, and customer relationship creation. Performs support, delivery, and installation of PCs, laptops, and printers.
Requirements
- Technical vocational training or equivalent knowledge acquired in practice
- Extensive professional experience
- Good knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems
- Class 3/B driving license
- Very good German and English skills
