Practice Manager role with line management responsibility for 20 project managers, delivering IT projects and programs with a focus on customer satisfaction and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have an extensive track record in pre-sales and IT project delivery, with a passion for developing individuals and teams.
Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Recent experience leading delivery of large-scale IT infrastructure projects with responsibility for the commercial outcome.
- Experience of applying appropriate governance and control in overseeing delivery of projects.
- Ability to develop individuals and teams and enhance their capability.
- Innovative leadership skills with a passion for better ways of working.
- Experience working in pre-sales and delivering IT projects and programs.
