Principal Software Engineer-Salesforce

We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer-Salesforce to join our team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and support high-quality, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions. The role involves developing custom Salesforce applications, building integrations, and troubleshooting issues across environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and platform configuration.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), and platform configuration
• Experience working on complex Salesforce orgs with multi-cloud components (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ)
• Proven track record developing secure, scalable, and performance-optimised solutions
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Azure DevOps
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, RCA and/or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
• Knowledge of middleware (MuleSoft, Informatica) and broader integration patterns
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and AI capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional Agile team
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
