Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering complex, high-risk programmes and multiple successful assignments
• Leadership excellence with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Experience in programme methodologies such as MSP, Prince2, Agile
• Knowledge of Health & Safety (IOSH or equivalent) and CDM regulations
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and ability to articulate their business benefits
• Strong assurance, governance, and business management capabilities
• Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
