Strategy & Program Director

The Program Director is a senior manager in the Group Technology Sourcing organization, responsible for shaping strategy, enabling and tracking program delivery, and ensuring effective governance, knowledge management and employee engagement in the TS NA organization.

Requirements

• Previous experience of working as a business manager or equivalent
• Project management qualification(s), e.g. PRINCE2, Agile
• Worked in global or multinational environments previously
• Previous experience in strategy or consulting role
• Proficiency in advanced tools such as Salesforce, Generative AI
• Experience with financial and performance management
• Previous experience of leading internal communication or working with internal communication teams
