Job Description
The Technical Analyst – Asset Management is responsible for managing IT assets across their lifecycle while aligning with ITIL best practices, ensuring accurate asset tracking, compliance, cost optimization, and seamless integration with IT service management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) or IT Service Management
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and lifecycle
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.
- Familiarity with CMDB concepts and configuration management
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Understanding of software licensing models (OEM, subscription, SaaS)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
