Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant work experience leading engineering teams
- Good communication skills
- Experience leading small and large organizations
- eCommerce specific industry knowledge and experience in software engineering
- Strong organizational planning and development, business judgment, technical leadership, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of sales and sales processes
- Expertise in Web API (MS ASP.Net), MVC, WCF, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, SOAP, REST, JQuery,.Net Framework, C#, Web Services
- Practical knowledge of object oriented programming
